Delivery Options - Excel 

Excel downloads

Excel downloads are automatically available to all users with access to AT&T Billing Consolidator when viewing an invoice online.

  • All invoice sections in the selected invoice can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet at either the Billing Account Number (BAN) level or by Billing Telephone Number (BTN).
  • This allows users to save, sort and filter data as needed.
  • The column names in the downloaded spreadsheets match the column headings displayed in the invoice, which are the values taken from the data dictionary used in the CALNET contract.
  • Online user access to the Billing Consolidator is required; see Requesting access to the AT&T’s CALNET Billing Consolidator.
