AT&T’s Web-Based and Paper Invoice Delivery Options

AT&T will continue to leverage the capabilities of its current AT&T Billing Consolidator^SM (formerly ACUS^SM) invoicing system; providing customers flexibility and delivery options including web, electronic files and paper. Customers may have different invoice options for each Billing Account Number (BAN). All invoice delivery options are provided free of charge. 

AT&T’s CALNET Invoicing Options

AT&T provides customers with options from web only to printed paper; options include:

• Web Only: 100% online invoicing with no paper*
• Web with Paper Remit: online invoice with a mailed paper Statement / Remittance*
• Paper, double-sided printed copy of the invoice mailed via USPS to the customer**

*Online access includes:


• EDS (Enhanced Data Stream) Agency Report (for Agency Administrators only)
• Excel downloads of sections of the invoice NEW
• PDF digital image of the invoice***

**The paper copy will not include call record detail (previously called Usage Detail) or the CSR (Customer Service Record) Detail. These can only be accessed online.
